Buying services or products

You can purchase any of our products or services through Paypal via this website.  No personal details or card information will be passed on to any third parties.

Returns policy

Unless items can be clearly evidenced to show damage or imperfections we will be unable to replace or accept returns on these items or if damaged during transit.

We will be prepared to change or alter an order if required, but there may be additional costs if there is an enhancement to the order.  If you have specific requests, or needs – you can enter these during the process of purchase.

Feedback or complaints

We will always produce product to the highest possible standard, so we aim to ensure that you will be happy.

We do however accept that in rare occasions things may go wrong.  If you wish to make a complaint, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

We will investigate the complaint, and if deemed valid, we will offer a refund or replacement.  Any complaints received after the 24 period will unfortunately not be valid and we will not offer any refund or replacement.

Postage/shipping

We will do our best to arrange postal of items to you at a suitable time, but sometimes we may have other orders or bookings arranged and due to COVID-19 delivery systems are generally taking longer than usual.
